Complaint ‘Without Consent’, Cops on TISS Campus ‘After Tweet’: Inside the Crackdown over Saibaba Event

At least nine students at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai are facing criminal charges over a small event marking the death anniversary of former Delhi University professor G N Saibaba. But the FIR has raised serious questions about police procedure.
