Kashmiris Living in Northern States Facing Profiling, Eviction After Delhi Blast, Says J&K Students Association

The Jammu and Kashmir Students Association on Monday alleged that Kashmiri students in several northern states are facing profiling, eviction and intimidation in the aftermath of the November 10 blast near Delhi’s Red Fort.
During a press conference in New Delhi on Monday, the student body’s National Convenor Nasir Khuehami said the fallout of the Delhi blast had spiralled into “collective suspicion” against Kashmiris, with reports emerging from universities and residential areas in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi.
